My focus is long-term and sustainable health. We’ll start slow with a few doable steps that will feel manageable with your needs and your current lifestyle. Think of this as building blocks. Once we’ve incorporated one block, we’ll add in another. It’s a combination of small sustainable steps that make up your health model that you create each day.

Together we’ll identify your health challenges and create a beautiful, simple plan around food and lifestyle that is long term and sustainable. I will listen to your fears, frustrations, and goals, gather information about where you are in your health journey, and guide you on your path, really digging deep into how you want to show up in your life.

I am more interested in why you make the choices you make and I will take inventory of EVERYTHING in your lifestyle, not just food. My style is rooted in self-compassion. The most illuminating thing I’ve learned working with clients and on my own health journey is to really be where you are and build from there.
